Do I need an account to place an order?
No, in principle you do not need an account to place an order. However, it is always easy to create an account. This way you can always check your order.

The best way to find the right size is to check out our size charts. You can find these under our product pictures.
How can I change my address after I have placed an order?
You can change your address by sending an e-mail to dawnanddusk.ay@gmail.com. Our customer service team will adjust this for you. Please note that our Customer Care team can only change this if your order is not yet on its way.

What are the delivery times?
Our standard dispatch time is 3-4 business days, with an additional 4-5 business days for shipping. For urgent orders, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 83064 24635.
How can I track my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our carrier.
What should I do if I have received an item that is damaged?

I am missing an item or have received the wrong item?

How can I use my discount code?
A discount code can be applied in your shopping cart. Enter the discount code under 'Discount Code'. One discount code can be used per order.
My discount code does not work?
This may have several reasons:
- The discount code has expired.
- For some discount codes you need an account.
- Some codes are not applicable on SALE items.
